Deposit and Payment
A 20% non refundable deposit is charged for all bookings, with the balance due six weeks before arrival.
A booking is not confirmed until a reservation payment of 20% has been received.
Bookings received less than six weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Cancellations
Should you have to cancel your holiday after you have paid for your break in full, if we are able to re-let those dates we will refund you the balance, however, the initial 20% deposit which you pay on reservation is non refundable. We advise you have your own travel insurance to cover all eventualities
Terms and Conditions of rental for New Cross House
The owner reserves the right to enter the house at any reasonable time for inspection, repairs, delivery of linen etc.
Charges are fully inclusive. There are no extra charges for VAT, gas or electricity.
The owners reserve the right to charge for breakages, loss or damage. Guests should report any damage which they notice on arrival, and any which occur during their visit.
The owners reserve the right to charge for the cleaning if the house is left dirty. The house will have been thoroughly cleaned prior to the arrival and tenants are requested to leave it in a similar condition .
Adequate time is required between tenancies in order to clean the house before guests arrive. Occupation of the house will be given at 3pm on the first day of the let. The house must be vacated by 10 am on the last day of the let. An extra days rent may be charged if guests do not leave on time.
